 State of the art facilities housed at our site in Dukinfield gives you a service from prototypes to production batches. All products are manufactured to be compliant with the latest RoHS directive.

At Electrica we have the facility of surface mount assembly using modern equipment that includes a Samsung CP40 surface mount machine, SMTech printers and a Heller 5 zone reflow oven. 

With the sophisticated inspection equipment on our line we can offer a service that is competitive and produces a quality product.

We have a state of the art re-work facility and can re-work boards with QFP's and with a pitch of 0.3mm.

With this latest inspection equipment we can offer Service and Quality.

Our leaded assembly personnel have all been trained through various schools of excellence that are run by some of the top names in industry. They range from British Aerospace, Ferranti, Siemens and BT. All of which have locally run training facilities.

Electrica have a number of engineers who ensure all the relevant information for each contract is collated and documented. Every job has an engineering file with a photograph together with all the engineering notes for the job. This notice to detail ensures a quality product that is correct to the customer information.
